Elliot Doughtie

Elliot Doughtie works across drawing, sculpture, and installation, exploring intimate relationships between everyday objects and the awkward realities of the human body. His work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, including L’Œil du Poisson (Quebec City, QC), Nasher Sculpture Center (Dallas, TX), LangerOverDickie (Chicago, IL), Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington (Arlington, VA), and Grizzly Grizzly (Philadelphia, PA), among others. Doughtie holds a BA from Tulane University and an MFA from the Mount Royal School of Art at MICA. He is a recipient of a Joan Mitchell Foundation Painters & Sculptors Grant.
